This is the third week of specific preparation involving repeated changes of pace on Tuesday and Thursday, two long runs on Wednesdays and Sundays on the road / mtb and two hours in the days remaining.
I decided to start in March with racing, the 2010 calendar of mountain bike orienteering and deepest of international events and start racing in February was too early peak shape in light of the highlight of which is the world in July in Portugal.

Next week I'm going to ride in Puglia, at five days and four days Peschici Gargano near Alberobello (I'll try not to repeat the scenes of last year and calculate the best mileage out of in order to avoid asking to passers-by and especially to let me come and take the bus to tens of kilometers from the hotel).
And now I go cycling in the cold Po.
