The year 2009 is over.
I took a long break writing on the blog and now I'm back. I left the bike in the garage for the entire month of November, the recovery is part of the preparation.
I started the season on February 8 with the Marathon road Laigueglia and concluded with the Cup final to Italy on 25 October MTBO. Almost nine months around Italy and Europe between victories and disappointments, air travel and endless travel, among people of Lombardy and characters of questionable taste, including sweat and much laughter.
At the national level in mountain bike orienteering went to the big three in three Italian titles and victory in the Cup circuit Italy.
